(Automotive) Strong enough to clean by very dirty rubber roof, but gentle enough to preserve the delicate caulking and surface. You will need to use the whole bottle if cleaning for the first time in years and a bit expensive. Subsequent cleanings will only use an 1/8 - 1/4 of the bottle. (Automotive) This stuff is the SHIZ NIT, boy my camper roof was freakin nasty black from this tree that leans over from the neighbors house and birds that sit there poop on it like it is there toilet!I only used a portion of the product so I still have enough left to clean it at LEAST two more times and my camper is a full 8' wide and more than 20' long so over 160 square feet I would highly recommend this product. I rinsed it like the bottle said, then climbed up on the roof with a softer automotive cleaning brush and just drizzled the stuff out and scrubed it sections at a time and rinsed each section moving from the back to the front. The not so soiled areas are very clean it made it "easy" you still have to climb up and be on your knees for a while but I think I was not up there very long maybe 30 minutes.
