Upset and still waiting, January 4, 2012 By  Customer 2012 "Upset" (USA) - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase( What's this?) This review is from: Fender Starcaster Electric Guitar, White When you call GO-DPS, they don't say "Thank you for calling GO-DPS, this is __. How can I help you today?" They say: "Yes?" of "Hello". You'd think you were calling someone's home. Also, they only shipped a guitar when I was suppossed to receive a package with an amp, stand, strings, etc. I called over a period of weeks and they kept promising to ship. I'm still waiting and it's been 3 weeks. I am now in the process of filing a complaint.
